Given today’s 4-year anniversary, I thought I’d share a quick status update for all you diehard fans, of which I hope to have at least one, or at least two mildly interested.
I am fine.
Today marks the third anniversary of our first encounter, and how fitting that this should also be our last. Looking back at this past year, it should come as no surprise. This playground where I’d come to escape has been with me to places both wonderful and unpleasant. It is a playground of happiness and sorrow that has, alas, outlived its usefulness.
It will continue to exist in its present form for some time to come, I see no reason for it to be torn down. It will just be abandoned. For its own good, too.
Today is a special day here at Clueless Headquarters: it marks the second year anniversary of Dunno.
A blog I have on more than one occasion referred to as a playground for my mind, Dunno still fulfills a need which, like I said last year, I have yet to fully understand. Though the darker tone of some more recent posts may make it harder to call it a playground, I will continue to see it as one, nonetheless. All the other kids may be afraid to come near it, but I don’t care, more for me. Suckers! Yeah, that’s right! Run away, I don’t need you! I’ll be just fine here, by myself. All alone…
Anyway, as I was saying… What was I saying? Yeah, happy birthday to Dunno! I’m having so much fun! [shouts] You don’t know what you’re missing!
One year ago today, this blog came into existence. Born of needs I did not fully understand and still fail to, it has become a worthy companion to the “soul”.
To celebrate, I have completely redesigned the blog. One year ago, I just wanted something simple that worked well, but as of late, I realized “simple” doesn’t have to mean “dull”, so I’ve spiced things up a bit, while still keeping things simple, only now I feel the design better reflects the overall attitude of this blog.
Here’s to a dozen more!
I’ve noticed a pattern in my writing; the most recurring theme in everything I write is love. The most frequently used tag on this blog is “love”, and the situation at ‘The Gallery of Me’ is no different.
I’m sure this is somehow valuable information, but I don’t yet know how to interpret it.
Don’t mind me, just making an observation.
I’ve added a guestbook to the blog, it’s right here.
Leave me a note, or a smile. OR BOTH! :)
So I made some lists: one of things I love and one of things I hate. It seemed like a neat idea at first, but I apparently have more difficulty thinking of things I love than of things I hate. Kind of makes me think about… stuff.
I also made a bonus list. It’s totally random and awesome:
